Cancellation policy

General Cancellation Guidelines
Guests can cancel their reservations without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Please note that specific conditions may vary during:

  • High-demand periods
  • Special occasions or events
  • Large group reservations
  • Discounted or promotional bookings

Fees for Cancellations
Cancellation fees are applied based on how close to the check-in time the cancellation occurs:

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund issued
  • Cancel between 24 and 48 hours prior: Charge equal to 50% of the first night’s stay
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before arrival: Charge equal to 100% of the first night’s stay
  • Failure to arrive (no-show): Charge for the entire booked stay

Refund Details
When refunds are due, they will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds generally take 5 to 10 business days to appear
  • Bank transfer refunds may require 7 to 14 business days
  • Refunds will be returned through the same payment method used at booking

Exceptions and Flexibility
Under certain circumstances, we may provide more lenient cancellation options, including but not limited to:

  • Verified medical emergencies
  • Acts of nature or natural disasters
  • Official travel bans or restrictions
  • Interruptions affecting hotel operations

These provisions apply to all reservations made through Xovyntra.
